Hypnosis for Envisioning Your Future + Q & A

Join us for a group hypnosis for envisioning your dream life....your beautiful future! This can be an empowering hypnosis for people because they usually are shocked to see just how ambitious their subconscious mind is and who it wants you to be consciously!  We will do about 5 mins of Q&A before going into hypnosis to clear up any confusion or misconceptions you may have  and 5 mins of Q&A/open discussion (optional) after we complete the hypnosis.

 About Ashley:  Hello! My name is Ashley, and I am a certified Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. I have always been intrigued by alternative medicine/holistic healing for as long as I can remember. I have devoted my life to learning the way the mind, body, and soul operate together even before enrolling into my clinical hypnotherapy program at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.  In 2017, I started my career in holistic dentistry as a dental assistant. My passion for helping my patients have a comfortable experience both physically and mentally at the dentist meant the world to me. After watching some of my patients have a fear of the dentist, I became intrigued with how fears develop and what exactly can we do to get rid of them?  Coincidentally, I was going through my own traumas and expanding my knowledge around PTSD. It was in this moment of my life when I realized that PTSD can be managed and even healed by going to its source - the subconscious mind.  This led me into my studies of weight management, addictions, and healing anxiety. Everything is connected to our mind. I believe that healing truly starts there. I am honored to be here to serve as many as possible go through the healing that I have in a much easier and faster way.
