Sometimes I look at my family and I feel confused on how I am so different.
And I'm sure a lot of other people can relate.
Fighting for your family to love you or for them to love what you do is a losing battle most of the time. It can feel exhausting just trying to convince them all the time that what you're doing is the right thing for YOU.
I'm a strong believer in inspiring and leading by example. I believe that if you treat yourself and your career, your art, your creativity with the utmost care.... THAT will shine through brighter than any negative comments that your family or friends will say to you.
One day, they'll understand your journey in the same way as you.
If they don't, then I guarantee you will attract those who will. You'll attract them and you'll feel all the love that you have been missing and it will all feel so worth it.
