The Definition of Normal
I've spent a lot of my life not feeling "normal", not feeling like I belong in with certain groups of people because I see things and want to achieve things so differently.
I know what it feels like to be going through a big change or hardship in life, feeling as if no one will get it....and so you keep it to yourself. You feel ashamed, you feel judged. People always say "you're not alone" but somehow that statement only makes you feel more alone.
The truth is, life moves in all different directions. There is no such thing as normal because the definition of normal in life moves constantly. I think life is like the ocean, moving constantly, changing everything that it touches over time but flowing so beautifully and effortlessly as it does. Sometimes there's rip tides, there's big waves but it always comes back into balance.

You cannot hold onto normal because this is normal. The normal that is in your mind may have existed yesterday but does not exist today.
Re-centering yourself through spiritual practices, I believe, is key to coming back into this balance. To let the waves flow through you whilst embracing them is where we all want to be.
I've made a FREE hypnosis recording that you can listen to when you're feeling afraid of taking on the changes that come into your life. You can listen to it here:
