Join us for a New Moon Guided Meditative Sound Bath — an intimate evening designed to help you slow down, reflect, and consciously begin again.
Each month, our journey is thoughtfully aligned with the unique astrological energy of the current New Moon. Rather than a one-size-fits-all experience, we attune to the qualities of the lunar cycle and shape the evening around its themes.
What to Expect
We begin by gathering in stillness with a tea ritual inspired by the energy of the New Moon. As we sip, you’ll be gently guided through a tea meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment.
From there, we move into intention setting. You’ll review thoughtfully curated examples and journal your own New Moon wishes, inspired by the lunar wisdom teachings of Jan Spiller. Please bring a journal and a pen. We provide blankets for comfort, and you’re welcome to bring a pillow, eye mask, or anything that helps you settle in.
After journaling, we open a sharing circle and warmly encourage each participant to voice their intentions. Speaking them aloud allows the group energy to support and amplify what you’re calling in.
We then transition into a guided meditative sound journey. We weave together sound and subtle subconscious guidance — integrating the intentions shared in the room into the collective experience.
Sink into a cozy recliner, wrap yourself in a blanket, and allow the layered soundscape and meditation to regulate your nervous system and anchor your next chapter.
