Together, we'll honor this seasonal turning point through mindful movement, immersive sound healing, and intentional ritual designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you.

Your morning includes:

A grounding outdoor yoga sequence on the open-air deck overlooking the surrounding landscape — a chance to breathe deeply, move your body, and arrive fully in the moment.

Live handpan music woven throughout the experience, creating an atmosphere of warmth and presence that's unlike anything you've felt before.

A deeply restorative guided meditative sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, bringing your nervous system into stillness and creating space for genuine inner quiet.

Guided meditations throughout the morning to help you set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and step forward into the second half of summer with clarity.

A collective mandala making experience — a beautiful, grounding group ritual to close the morning with creativity, connection, and meaning.

Time to simply be on 55 acres of forest, gardens, and stillness in Oregon's wine country.
