The evening begins with space to settle in and set a personal intention, followed by a guided visualization led by Ashley and live sound offered by Judi. Through calm verbal guidance, imagery, and intentional pacing, participants are gently led into a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness.
Throughout the journey, layered sound — including crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and wave drum — moves through the space, supporting nervous-system regulation and helping intentions integrate beneath the surface of conscious thought.
